shan9 Terms & Conditions

General Terms

1.1 Scope of Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the shan9 website shan9.one, the player confirms that they have read and understood these terms and conditions in full and agree to them completely. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform immediately.

1.2 Age Restriction

The shan9 platform is available to users aged 21 and above only. Anyone under this age is not permitted to use the platform. shan9 may verify a player's age at any time and may temporarily suspend an account if there is any uncertainty.

1.3 Language & Governing Law

These terms and conditions are written in Burmese, and the Burmese version is the official and legally binding version.

Account Registration

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account at shan9. If it is found that one person has opened more than one account, shan9 may close those accounts and forfeit any bonus funds held in them.

2.2 Accurate Information

Registration must be completed using your own accurate personal information. If an account is found to have been opened with false information, shan9 may immediately close that account and suspend any entitlements associated with it.

2.3 Account Security

Players must keep their own login details (username and password) secure. Sharing them with any third party for any reason is not allowed. shan9 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their account secure.

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits at shan9 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay in Myanmar Kyat (MMK).

3.2 Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amount

• Minimum deposit — 10,000 Ks for any method
• Minimum withdrawal — 10,000 Ks for any method

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Cases that require verification may take longer.

3.4 Withdrawal Verification

shan9 may verify withdrawal requests for financial security purposes and may request supporting documents from players if needed. Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.

3.5 Financial Responsibility

Players are responsible for any costs related to their deposits and withdrawals, including transfer fees. shan9 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers that are outside of shan9's control.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

shan9 offers a 100% bonus — up to 500,000 Ks on your first deposit. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal is allowed.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.
• Withdrawals are not allowed until the wagering requirement is met.
• If shan9 finds that any bonus has been claimed through illegitimate means, that bonus will be voided.
• shan9 may modify bonus offers at any time.

4.3 Referral Program

Under the shan9 referral program, the referrer receives 5% of their referred friend's first deposit (up to 10,000 Ks per person) as bonus funds. In addition, the referrer receives 0.1% of their referred friends' qualifying wagers as a weekly commission.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

Game outcomes on shan9 depend on a Random Number Generator (RNG) and the technology of third-party game providers. While shan9 describes the games it offers as fair play, it does not guarantee a specific RTP, as the games are provided by those external providers.

5.2 Player Responsibilities During Play

• Players are solely responsible for their own gaming decisions.
• Strategies that go against shan9's terms of play — such as arbitrage, bonus hunting, or round-tripping — are not permitted.
• shan9 reserves the right to void any outcomes that arise from technical errors, such as incorrect payouts caused by software bugs.

5.3 Football Betting Rules

Football bets fall under shan9's football rules. shan9 may suspend or change any match or betting market at any time without prior notice. Stakes on voided matches will be refunded.

Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited while using the shan9 platform—

• Attempting money laundering in any form
• Bonus exploitation — using bonuses only to extract profit without genuine play
• Playing with bots, scripts, or automated software
• Hacking or accessing shan9 services through unauthorized means
• Threatening or harassing other players or shan9 staff
• Using the platform's products or services for commercial purposes without prior written permission from shan9

If any of the above prohibitions are violated, shan9 may close the player's account and suspend their entitlements.

Account Closure

7.1 Closure by shan9

shan9 has the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons—

• Breach of these terms and conditions
• When there is reasonable belief that fraudulent financial activity is involved
• Actions related to financial fraud
• When an account is found to have been opened with false information

7.2 Closure Requested by the Player

A player may contact shan9 support to close their own account at their own discretion. Any remaining withdrawable balance can be requested once the bonus wagering requirement is met.

Personal Data Protection

shan9 handles players' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. shan9 does not sell players' personal data to third parties. SSL encryption technology is used to protect players' financial information.

shan9 may retain and use player data for communication purposes, service update notifications, and legal compliance requirements.

Limitation of Liability

shan9 is not responsible for losses or winnings players experience during gameplay. shan9 is not liable for losses arising from technical issues unrelated to shan9's own operations, such as a player's internet connection dropping or a player's device failing.

Playing on the shan9 platform is the player's own decision, and shan9 does not encourage or pressure players to play.

Terms Amendment

shan9 may update these terms and conditions at any time. Once changes are published on the shan9.one website, continued use of the platform by players will be taken as acceptance of those changes.
